The perspective of a spy from the river-bank...

Saw the 4OMOTA doing a piece down from the bridge. Looking good, big improvement I think from earlier on in the week. Looking mostly together considering what I saw was the last 100m of a 500m piece when tiredness can start to creep in...

Couple of general bits of advice based on what I saw:

Sit up tall.
Don't kick before your blade is squared and covered in the water.
Make sure you are in time with stroke, it is up to everyone else to do likewise.
