Week One timings

Thursday night 5:30pm - at Llandaff Rowing Club [see Llandaff website or multimap for directions]. First session (inc. handing in form [still need a flaming name] and money, and so on).

Saturday morning 8:30am - second training session, chance to get together again before conferences whisk one us us away for a week. The club should be quiet and we should get a full hour session on the water if our coach thinks he can let us after the first outing ;o)

Sunday morning 12 noon - registration and competition induction at the Club-house [not sure if we'll be able to get on the water]

Four virgin rowers will take to the river Taff, all being well, this thurdsay (1st October) evening at 5:30pm'ish. We will be under the wise tutorlegde of Julian the super coach [note: he requires a beer payment per session!!].

Four guys from the Welsh School of Pharmacy have banded together to give the Llandaff Rowing Club's "Pub and Club Regatta" a bash.Namely Andrew, Ross, Steve, and Tom.This blog will follow the progress towards the race days (1st-2nd October 2005), the month of blood, sweat, tears and tantrums that gets us there.
